★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced for what you get. It has a major problem with silverfish. They blame the occupants for the silverfish issues. Office staff condescending except for Jane. I would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just moved into The Q Apartments and the experience has been exceptional. The staff at the Q have been great and very helpful.
Edit: I have recently moved out of The Q Apartment and unfortuntely it was a bad experience. They charged me with a $40 cleaning fee because they said there was some dust in drawers and figure prints on kitchen cabinent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and well organized apartments. A quite and positive place that has the warmth and vibrant "home" feeling.
However, a big NO if you have a car with respect to my personal experience.
Big thumbs down as there are no reserved parking spots. And the irony is that there are many visitor spots but not enough for residents who pay expensive rents. Confirm parking spot if your planning to commute daily to work.
