Articles over all are good, but they are now trying to charge you for digital access, not a fan.

I enjoy the articles in the Vancouver Sun. I looked forward to reading the list of national best sellers in the Saturday edition; however it is very disappointing that has been discontinued. Why? Please reinstate it. Thanks.

Very poor service of the Vancouver Province morning edition. Haven’t had a paper for 10 days!

The local newspaper building. Most of the time the news is accurate but as far as media goes they are likely being told what they can and cannot print to the public. Though there are some good columnist most of the good stuff gets lost in translation of ads and sponsor content like 90% of blogs and newspapers out there

How the hell am I meant to read an article when you put an ad cross all of the text (see photo). I tried clearing it, I refreshed the page multiple times. In some cases, I got different ads that covered the text (because that’s helpful) but no option to close them. I get you need ads to make money and I have come to live with them ... perhaps even appreciate their content. This is too far. You’ve become a pathetic tabloid going after money.

EDIT. After finally finding someone to help, they did! So, the resolution has been made and the help received was great. Not great it took as long as it did. Good that it is done. Based on the reviews I am seeing, and how old they are, it is clear Post Media and The Province do not care about customer service. I started a subscription for my disabled father December 16th. To date, 3 newspapers have been delivered. Only 2 to his door and that was after I have called multiple days in a row to ask where they were! No one calls back. No one cares. Cancelling is too easy-WHY can you not provide the service you charge for? WHY can you not call back?
