We focused specifically on the Human Resources team and the Cotiviti Employee Committee. Jacques developed a program after interviewing us extensively to create just the right parameters for the event. Our first session with the HR team was quite successful. He raised energy levels, helped forge new connections among us, and created an experience that felt personal and unique. Our team provided a lot of feedback which Jacques took the time to receive and understand. He demonstrated his commitment to us by redesigning some elements of the program before it was deployed to our Employee Committee. Again, the feedback was unilaterally positive and enthusiastic. I found the Vyve experience compelling due to Jacques' research into cultural celebration and ritual. As a group, we performed familiar activities in a new way that built upon things that humanity has done for thousands of years. These ancient elements of ritual felt modern and vital. While working directly with Jacques, he was inquisitive, curious, open and self-aware. The entire experience was a pleasure. The return on investment was strong. Our teams still talk about "vyving," the fun we enjoyed, and what we learned about celebration and interaction. During the summer heat of the global pandemic, the Party Scientist delivered some good medicine for our mental health.

It had been several months of working from home due to the pandemic. Jacques was able to inject some much needed fun, socialization and connectivity to our team. Jacques created a safe environment for us over Zoom to let loose and have fun in a way we hadn't before, even before the pandemic. I recall one of my colleagues saying "I don't think we've even danced at an in-person event before the pandemic!" At the time, I was really new to the department but he created a safe environment for me to feel comfortable and dance. I feel like I really got to know my colleagues in a different way. He carefully planned the party with the needs of our department in mind, and with his knowledge in positive psychology. There's a reason why he is known as the party scientist! I would recommend his services to anyone curious and willing to approach with an open mind. You will have an experience to remember.
