Recently we made a large order to celebrate two family birthdays and were surprised to find many hairs in the food. Surprisingly, the hairs were 2 different colors, so more than one employee had lost hair in our food. We sent the Orient a private e-mail to see if they would talk to us about the incident, but after several weeks we have heard nothing. We feel the incident is grievous enough that the Orient deserves a negative critique, especially since a long-time regular customer was not worth even a phone call or e-mail. We will no longer be a customer of the Orient.

I am a chef, the service of the woman who attends customers is very bad, I had a question about the menu and she got angry and tried to explain myself in an unpleasant way, I am not an exaggerated person but I know a lot about customer service and she doesn't know any! disappointed in that place!
G	G wants Peace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointing. First time ordering from here and definitely the last. The chicken chow mein was super bland, no taste at all. The sweet & sour pork didn't have have enough "sweet" or enough "sour" in the batter. Also the batter was really soft and mushy. It tasted like something my mother made at home not an authentic Chinese cuisine. And to complete my order, the beef chop suey came about half filled in the to go package when anywhere else you order from the portion is full to the top of the to go container. Not impressed at all! $30 for the 3 dishes and I ended up giving it away to a homeless man. I hope that something good could come out of the experience by being able to feed the less fortunate. I hope it was a good dead??
A	Amanda Turcot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 0 stars if I could. The vegetables were slimy and did not taste fresh. The sweet and sour pork smelt rotten and had a funny after taste. When we called to politely mention our experience the lady on the phone said she hasn’t had a complaint in 40 years ? she did not offer a replacement or refund or anything, biggest waste of $50! We will never order here again!

Crispy Shrimp was very tasty and crisp we had some sweet chilly pepper sauce at home to dip it in which was great. Good prices and quality.
