★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never returning, and will share my experience with others. Staff are lazy and incompetent. If that’s not enough, one guy told me to leave after complaining that the last three times I had come, there has been no soap and spot free rinse. Told me “I don’t go to your business and complain”. Also, card readers never work. Staff sit in the office surfing the internet instead of putting up a sign informing their customers to not bother trying all the cards in their wallet... unbelievable. The current owner of this place had better wake up before this business fails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember this place back in the day being so clean and nice. Seems like they haven’t maintained it a day since the original owner left. The pumps shutter. The floors are always a disaster. There are many broken items including the wand holders, And visa readers. It’s not worth the money, your better off washing your car with your garden hose in - 30. At least you wouldn’t run over a nail and a pile of mud on your way out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This latest visit, the undercarriage spray didn't work and no bug pre soak. I realize this isn't winter so we don't have any salt to wash off but it is bug season. Usually a good place to do a full wash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I pulled into the truck bays and everything looked pretty good until I got out of the truck.
1 out of 10 - No pressure in wands in truck bays.
1 out of 10 - Very little soap coming out of wands.
1 out of 10 - Roller ladder wheel fell of and hit my truck. Safety concerns as well.
1 out of 10 - Stack brush did not function for extension. Duct taped together.
1 out of 10 - No wash brush other then the foam brush that's limited reach.
1 out of 10 for price.....not worth the visit. If you want just a quick rinse with no selections it should be lowed to $0.60 per min.
I don't recommend you going there for a wash. Its worth going to the RoadKing and paying 20.00 more and they wash for you with guarantee clean.
The staff member attending gets a 10 out of 10. He was very understanding, very nice and professional. Two thumbs up.
This truck wash has potential to be a good truck wash. Get it to where you have repeat customers in the trucking world. Show a little up keep and word of mouth will go along way. I will use it once I see some things change.
PS. I ended up washing the rest of the truck in my driveway at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place a negative star, I would! Absolutely the worst car wash I’ve ever been too. It took $7 to barely wash my vw golf that only had minor dirt on it. There was no pressure in the hose and no soap. DO NOT waste your money here!
