Since the case was not filed, they agreed to return my money. I have actually been following up on the return payment of my money for over 4 months but have not received the payment yet! I am really tired of following up now and hence writing the review! I fail to understand, how can they protect customer rights when they cannot cater to the rights of their own customers!
A	Anatoli Karaion on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to get a hold of: they almost never pick up the phone and then tell you to communicate by email only, which they also ignore. Court date came and went with zero communication. Eventually I received a reply stating that my fine was reduced but when the court notice arrived, it showed that the fine remained the same! Naturally, they haven't replied to me since. Edited to add response to owner's reply: Thank you for the offer of the next service being free of charge but I will refrain from using it as your services have actually cost me a lot more than my ticket. Had I not relied on your company, I would have at least been able to lower the provincial fine, as well as the one to my employer. As a professional truck driver, I am constantly on the road and as such phone communication is my preferred method. That being said, at no point in time was it communicated to me that there is an option to check on my case on your website nor is it readily apparent to me now. Contrary to your description, there is still the matter of erroneous information received initially regarding the reduction of fine by phone call only and not by other means, which was proved wrong upon receipt of court documents themselves. Yes, indeed, I sought your services in 2017 for a court date that was in February 2018. Your delayed and incorrect reply - 5 months later - is consistent with the service that I have received from your company.

I was facing 30 days in jail and they left me before the trial date. I was going to report them to the board but with work and family had no time. Don't waste your money
