★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost $3.00 more on each bottle of wine in all their stores. So wife and I having 6 bottles a week is $1,000 a year difference. More than other places. So doesn't even compair to points card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is usually friendly. Free ice with purchase. They have a points program that is pretty good you can earn money off purchase in store or save to spend in one of 3 Springs group restaurants. Some staff dont like taking back empties so they may treat you badly while returning your empties. Usually they recover before your next visit but if returning empties on each visit expect to be treated with hostilities each visit. *Good contests & sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor, blasé disposition from one of the employees, after I ordered from skip the dishes and she read the request wrong and forgot one of our bottles of wine. She had no customer service skills, passively laughed at me on the phone and told me they would credit me on skip the dishes. That wasn't the point, we had guests over....When I asked for the manager's name I got the same laughing passive aggressiveness, she gave me HER name (Tasha)....so smugly, and then the manager's name (Kat), like she and the owner's don't care about customer service...Thanks The Office, we won't be ordering from you again...
It's unfortunate cause that's our number 1 go to...Trust me there are beer and wine stores that have a better selection and not trashy customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost a Straight boycott. What happened to all the good staff that worked here the past 12 years? Absolutely overpriced, but convienent small store. Use only for emergency! Some staff working today must have been stressed as poor attitude had been demonstrated in both greeting and demeanor... SORRY, Good old mission springs group but the Office is by far your worst example of customer experience. I DO NOT write this lightly as most of the staff is excellent.
