★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my fondest memories of l'Île d'Orléans! We've been visiting this observation tower since I was a little girl! The view at the top is worth every flight of stairs! You also have some very interesting maps and information at the top. Picnic tables, washrooms, and a nice swing set with wooden planks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning sunset views. We stopped here about an hour before sunset on a beautiful summer day trip during a week-long stay in Quebec City from NYC. We'd circumnavigated the island and just happened to arrive when we did. Would be a wonderful place for a picnic as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a nice stop with clean bathrooms, lots of parking, and picnic tables. The view of the st. Laurence from the observation tower was great, but the messaging on the placards was very colonial. I do not know who approved it, but it needs to be reviewed and updated. All in all, this should be a stop for those exploring the island.

When i went (end of fall season) it was not crowded at all.
Plenty of parking available at the site.
Restrooms are also available (clean).
Beautiful scenery from top, middle and at the end of the tower.
All the information/details are explained in both languages (English and French)
If anyone go for a drive to the island for the first time, this a "must go"
