We went through so many houses and she was upfront about every house and never hid anything from me. We finally found the house last week and she's been amazing!! She's helped me with all the lawyers, mortgage agents, etc. and has been super helpful. The one great thing about Jen (I could go on forever) was that I felt very comfortable with her. She knew my limits and I felt like I could talk to her about my wants and restrictions in buying a house. That was the best part and now she's got a client for life!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt very lucky to work with Simran Shoker as our home listing agent . Simran and her team are very professional. She gave s the helpful advices on necessary improvement of the home before listing and came out right price for market. Simran got our house staged & arranged a very goof photographer. Simran is very responsible & hard working. She put a lot attention for details & communicating with clients effectively.
Overall we are very happy with Simran's services.

Rather than feel like a typical real estate sale, Marcy made my grandma feel respected, looked after, and very comfortable. Marcy went way above the call of action and personally checked in on my grandma frequently, took her out for lunches, and overall showed her a level of kindness that is extremely rare to find in this industry.
