He spent so much time with me on the phone working out every little detail, and helping me jump through every hoop imaginable. Being young, it's hard to get a mortgage right now with the new mortgage laws, but Rowell made it possible for me. I had a great experience with Rowell and Mortgage Centre-Sky Financial.

He is very professional in his approach, he clearly explains the process to buyers, keeps everyone up to date, and is easily reachable. I cannot recall a single instance when a transaction fell apart because of the financing when working with Gerry. If there is an issue he is clear about it from the start and deals with any situation promptly.
Over the years I have dealt with many mediocre mortgage brokers and I know when I meet a good one. I feel at ease when I know he is helping my buyers with their purchase. Gerry, you are a terrific mortgage broker to work with, absolute pleasure and this way I want to thank you. Definitely 5 stars.
