The Tyrant who owns this facility and many others cares very little for the welfare of the elderly residence in her homes. Just the profits. Severely understaffed which leads to neglect of residence and brutal treatment of employees by management.

While yes, I understand that it can't be completely silent, it's unacceptable to be woken up by them loudly talking and honking their car horns as they leave at 5 IN THE MORNING. This is ridiculous. Management needs to seriously step in and tell them to knock it off.
S	Simplify Texas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family experienced nothing but the best of care for our Dad. All the residents are clean, dressed and part of a daily rhythm that is positive and consistent. The staff was over the top wonderful and went above and beyond in so many instances. Things were tough for sooo long and they hung in there with us and made every accommodation as my dad’s condition changed. I work with seniors daily and have been to many care facilities that you would not wish on anyone. Mayfair is a beautiful example of a clean, bright, positive environment with staff that goes the extra mile.
M	Mala Honji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are from Philippine go ahead and apply here but If you from anywhere else DO NOT do this mistake The person who is running there is 80 years old woman from Philippine and only gives the advantages to her country people, all the best shift, holidays, vacations of 1 month, 2 months for them and the rest are just suffering I left this company when I realized , how much discrimination is happening by their whole group . Talking behind your back in their language and reporting you constantly to that lady. I am not against any nation but when I asked for 2 days off and didn’t get it and her Filipino friends asked for 1,2 months vacation and got it I noticed how awful this is . All the good shifts and hours are for them and the leftovers was for us, my friend said it’s the same at their other location in Abbotsford and people feeling the racism there too. I have heard the owner is someone who barley come and visits but I wish he knew what’s happening at his locations with this awful management. ( The director of care is a nice lady but she seems extremely powerless over on this mess. I am happy with my new job and even though I get paid more, was not the reason I left Mayfair It was only the problems I mentioned A place with unhappy workers will never succeed All care aids out there please read this and don’t apply for a job here.

I have been with them for a little while and applied for management position and wasnt given the position without any reasoning. He is a sweet talker but doesnt follow through with what he says. Residents are only treated as $$$ . there is no compassion with what this company does. Glad moving on to something better. Where you get appreciated.
L	Lori Kelly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom - with significant dementia - moved to Mayfair over 3 years ago, and our experience has been 100% positive. The staff in mom's small dementia-specific wing are incredibly compassionate and really care for my mom as if she was their own. Over the past many months when often times COVID restrictions meant that I couldn't visit in person, the staff helped facilitate video-calls for my mom with family, and did everything they could to keep mom as active as possible and to help her have as many 'moments of joy' as was possible. Mom expresses to me often how much she likes the staff. The food is good and she has put on weight. The facility is sparkling clean and they keep on top of the endless cleaning that can be required on a dementia wing. I simply cannot speak highly enough about Mayfair Senior Living.
