★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in looking for help just someone to talk to. You stood there with your clip board. You didn't welcome me. You didn't explain how you can help. You clearly had better things to do. You handed me a piece of paper and showed me the door. This made me feel like I am nothing. Was I to old or not cool enough. I am tired of feeling lost and unwelcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful community and a safe space to drop in and hang out amongst supportive people with lived experience with mental health or addictions. The drop in support groups are so helpful to be able to express yourself without judgement and receive valuable support, validation, and (if desired) advice on skills and techniques that may be effective to try to cope with your situation. There's also some awesome events posted to their Facebook page, like their paint nights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welcoming. Peaceful. Friendly. Easy to find. Parking available. Warm staff. A little cool inside (winter). I felt accepted immediately and would recommend visiting The Lost Organization to anyone struggling with mental health issues. Eye opening experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOST is a great place with an inviting vibe and atmosphere. It's a perfect example of the power of grassroots peer support. There's a nice blend of structure and casual flexibility. I enjoyed the daily support group when I was able to go regularly. I've also done workshops and the Paint Night and that was fun too. I was able to volunteer a few times and that was a nice experience. We are lucky to have the LOST team in Hamilton!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful painting night with some really kind and welcoming people at lost. We listened and learned, hung out, laughed, and painted in an easy-going, open space. It was fun and relaxing- I highly recommend it. Knowing all the proceeds went to help this great drop-in centre continue to offer free mental health support programs made it all even better! A hidden local gem!
