★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was surprisingly good. The price is definitely reasonable. The veal parmesan was delicious and moist. The butter chicken pizza has a slight kick of spice and tasted great. The service was prompt and friendly. This will be a place I will plan to stop at when I head through Drayton Valley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went out of the norm going to Edmonton for a nice meal and chose to do something a bit different. Settled on a scenic drive out to Drayton and a meal at The Local House Cafe - incredibly glad we did.
The staff were incredibly pleasant. Who we presumed to be the chef checked to make sure we were happy with the food, and the waitress was friendly and had great advice on where to go for a walk afterwards.
We thoroughly enjoyed our date night - quite possibly the best one yet in seven years of marriage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The local house truly has amazing food and amazing owners. Last night my kiddos and myself wanted their food, unsure if they delivered so I called. Chris had said they weren't able to deliver due to being short staffed, he then said no thats okay I'll deliver to you. Not only did they deliver when short staffed they also gave us our food on the house! How incredibly amazing of customer service is that? Highly recommend this place to anyone. Great food along with great sevice!
