I enjoy working with my colleagues, we always make sure to work as a team to ensure we deliver good quality care and services for the residents. We are working hand in hand with the Professionals from CIUSSS and CSSS to ensure we provide a good quality care for our residents. Our Clinical Care Coordinator is closely monitoring we follow all protocols and care plans.Like any other workplace, we have issues, ups and downs but it is resolve in a timely and professional way. Well its true that PAB's come and go but those who stayed doesn't mean they only did it because they are used to working here. PAB's decided to stay because they have learned to love the place, the co-workers and the residents.The PAB's were compassionate, dedicated and hardworking.

No weekends off for a year and hard to change shifts when everyone you know works same days as you... too much wrk for pab to do for such little pay. They need to hire the right staff to give meds to residents (nurses) and not "train" the PABs.

She was happy working for 3 yrs because she got the support that she needs from her superiors. She mentioned that she gained a lot of experience and very grateful to the management team for accepting her even though she doesn’t have any work experience when she applied. She recommended some of her friends to work in here as well.
P	Paul Gallant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is easy to get to on public transportation from anywhere in the city or the island really. The place is rather new and quite nice. When you check your person in you should be prepared with a prep list of do's and don'ts for Medical concerns. Make sure that the medication list stays the same and is not changed unless the new Dr. sees a change in the clients health.You can never have too much information. If that goes well and the staffers and you are on the same page you will have a great experience. Nice people's there, they just need a little help with their Medical responsibilities. The staff is quite good and they really keep the place clean and updated Structurally. Great place.
J	Jon Doe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is absolutely horrible work environment the management is by far the most incapable managers I’ve ever worked with very rude, zero help and communication skills, there’s one in particular Gheia a manager idk how she got the position the person who gave it to her must have been senile. I’d recommend any one who applies or thinking about applying to withdraw and back out immediately for the sole reason of poor management stemming from Gheia. I’ll say one good thing, residents are cool.
