★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for the first time today for a much needed massage. Very well planned covid precautionary check in/arrival! Felt comfortable . Great first impression loved the layout, look and all the products in the main lobby . I was promptly taken in and had my massage. Sunree was so sweet and kind. This was by far the BEST massage I have ever had. I fell into a deep sleep, which is hard for me to do! It was so relaxing and I feel refreshed and pain free today! I cannot wait to go back for another and experience their other services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an excellent pedicure by Loris McCormick at the spa. She was very gentle but through and did a wonderful job . The spa has great atmosphere, very relaxing and everything was spotless and Loris very hygienic and professional. I have very thin skin but felt no discomfort at all . Would not hesitate to recommend to my friends .

Had my facial (Anchor & Unwind) done with Nina, now she's got the hands for the job... my face a day later has been smooth, soft and radiant... Thanks Nina see you in a month...
Next stop I have to try the massage, a pedi... and maybe more...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nina is truly the Guru of feet! From the moment I first got the Onyfix (which since then has cured my ingrown toenail issue) to my now monthly pedicures, my feet have never been happier! Do yourself and your feet a favour and go see her soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially walked into the spa for the first time in a great deal of back pain looking to book a massage. I think the young lady at the front took mercy on me as she could see I was in a great deal of pain and immediately got me in to see Whitney. Hands down best therapeutic massage I have ever had. I have since been back 2 more times and every time is better then the last. Thank you ladies!

I 100% understand that there are situations beyond our sphere of control. Things come up, things happen, I get it. The cancelation of my appointment was NOT what left me feeling upset when I left the spa today. It was the way in which the whole situation was handled by the Lake Shore Spa manager, Jody.
The Details…
An early morning email was sent to me explaining the cancellation and asking me to confirm that I got the email. The email went into my junk folder, I didn’t respond. A simple phone call an hour or two before a 10am appointment would have been a simple way to communicate to me about the situation. Even a text message would have worked. Instead I showed up to my appointment to be told it has been cancelled.
Offering a client an act of good will such as, “here’s $10 off your next service, let’s rebook you”, would have been easy, simple and a positive way to respond. Instead I was responded to in a very unfriendly manner, tone and etiquette.
Walking Out of the Spa….
Leaving the spa today, I felt unwelcome and upset. I won’t feel comfortable enough to return, nor would I recommend this spa to anyone I know. Which is unfortunate because it is a beautiful place with so much potential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the spa on two seep services for a manicure and pedicure.
The spa is clean, and welcoming, the team members who checked me in and out on both times were very kind, and Nina who performed my spa treatments was kind, knowledge and performed them with care so that I felt relaxed and comfortable. The tools used for my service were new and disposable or sanitized metal tools.
Their online booking service is easy to use, and easy to make changes to your appointment. The cost is very reasonable for the level of care provided.
I will continue to return ?
