★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The joint staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and Eddy's treatments have always been super effective for me. I have had a ton of success with the IMS treatment for my lower back pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very poor experience. I do not have extended medical funding and I am on unpaid maternity leave as I am self employed. I called to make an appointment to help heal my diastasis recti/pelvic floor issues post pregnancy as well as a bulged disc in my back. I also clearly stated that I do not have funds and need an appointment to develop a home plan for self healing. So at my appointment the physiotherapist they booked me with had no knowledge of pelvic floor issues and was not able to help me.
I had to pay for my visit and was directed to book in with the lady in office that does deal with post pregnancy issues! So I am left in the dark as I do not have money to book in again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bimalleolar fracture of my left ankle from an accident in June 2021. After surgery I honestly didn’t think I would ever walk without a limp again, let alone go back to sports. I had 8 physio appointments with Jason in Campbell River. After the 8th physio, I’m limp free and going back to hockey 5 months after surgery. The staff is awesome and very welcoming, easy to book appointments with. I will be recommending this physio centre to anyone that needs any physio.
