We have had our share of issues with break ins (happen all over downtown) but staff have been very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived there for a little over a year, great downtown location, close to everything (grocery stores, pubs, drugstore, parks, etc. all within walking distance). May be a bit noisy at times during summer nights because of pub across the street. Service calls answered quickly and will not let issues unresolved. AMAZING service coordinator (Mallory) always happy to help regardless of the issue and will go above and beyond to assist you. Excellent customer service overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management changes multiple times a year so they never have proper information for tenants. Since they manage other properties off site they don't really have an eye on the building. The office number changed many times which also made it hard to get a hold of anyone when you needed to. Security is also poor, which resulted in a number of break-ins without any change afterwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to apply for an apartment and was told I needed to pay $40 more a month because of the flooring type in the apartment. Cheap building management, tries to recoup costs on something that is already installed. Clearly why there’s so much available, I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company.
