★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The printing service I received at this business was execellent. I had three 16 x 20 posters printed at Staples online and the prints were the wrong colour from what my digital file. Staples said they could not print it to the correct colour. Ink Factory was able to print the files and size correctly and they were ready in 1 hour! Very happy with the customer service I recieved, and with the assitance of the sales person. Will definately return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ink cartridge’s microchip is faulty. Every time I put the ink cartridge in my printer, it gave me Error 15. I even tried rebooting the printer by holding stop and resetting it, yet it still doesn’t work. I didn’t even touch the microchip. Should have just went to Costco for refills ?♀️

I had a last minute order and they were able to deliver fast within a few hours! It was quick and easy since I emailed the prints from home and didn’t have to go in. If you’re looking to save time and be at peace of mind with your print jobs I highly recommend them! I had an order from Etsy and the print came out perfect! Thank you! This will be my new go to spot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I had a terrible experience at this store. They not only gave me incorrect information about the repairs needed on my laptop but also they damaged it by glueing the part with silicon instead of welding it with sober.
