He was thorough and professional and great to work with. We moved to Canada 10 years ago and Jashan has been our realtor since than. We have done few sale and purchase transactions over this tenure. His professionalism, expertise and excellent interpersonal skills work synergistically to make him a wonderful representative for anyone attempting to purchase or sell a home. In our recent purchase we had been looking to buy a house with specific requirements for a while and with Jashan's pro active approach he always informed as soon as a new listing came on the market and kept us apprised about available appointments for showings. He really cares about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood he lives in. He has been great to work with through the contract agreement, inspection, and final closing details. We will definitely use him again for selling or buying!

He helped us selling my in-laws house and finding them a new townhouse. Everything incredibly happened in less than a week. Mintu guided us throughout the entire process, deeply understanding our needs and budget. His non-invasive approach made everything smooth and easy. As our realtor he always explained to us details about the housing market and presented all the options available so we could make an informed decision. Effective and fast communication was also a key factor. He was always available to answer our calls or texts, even after business hours. And, as time flies we are blessed with a baby girl few months back & in addition our parents arrived to stay with us. So now our current place was not enough for our family size & we talked with Jashan. Trust us, he gave us the family advice as per our current situation & future plans. We wanted to put this property in the market however we pulled it back because of some reasons. No question asked, Jashan was like ‘Guys trust me its a huge decision so take your sufficient time’. Almost after 3 weeks, we made our mind but now want him to put this listing live same week & get it sold by then. Fast forward, he sat with us on offer day & again provided us with the opinion. We made the call & from listing to closing all in the 3 weeks. Takeaway is information guys don’t work like just a realtor, they are family relators with whom your generation can work as per your goals. They know what is the best time & call for you & your family. If you have questions, ask as many as you can you will never feel abandoned.
