Quick to arrange viewing times (even over the Christmas season), easy to contact and very responsive, had a wealth of knowledge and provided his honest opinion when we sought his advice on particular matters. He had all the proper resources to confirm & remove our specific (and somewhat difficult) subjectivities. Tyrel also provided great referrals to help us work through the inspections & the official closing of the sale.
