★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow ? from the moment we met JL we knew this guy was going to be the one throwing a sold sign up for us on a property. After months of searching and several failed attempts on purchases we stumbled upon a listing from Hometown. We had sent feelers out on multiple properties with little to no response, however that was not the case with JL. He immediately called us and set the wheels in motion on showings. Virtually across half the country no less he co-ordinated timezones and schedules to show us properties. This guy is a one of a kind realtor, from climbing ladders to look in haylofts to jumping fences and walking kms of pasture for us, we truly put him to the test. We cannot thank JL enough for his amazing customer service, friendly, down to earth nature and help in making our dreams a reality! We recommend JL and his team to everyone in Rural St. Paul, we can promise you will not be disappointed!
