Victoria from kitchens on two separate occasions said she would call us back to discuss problems with our counter top install (this was the worst experience to say the least) and just never returned our call. The kitchen department in general is absolutely horrible. Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. They are happy to take your money but then completely disinterested when the shipping company HIRED BY HOME DEPOT messes up and LOSES an order. It’s amazing to see how unmotivated the store staff, and the shipping company, and upper management are when it comes to delivering the items purchased. It took 4 hours before a manager would even consider picking up a phone on behalf of the client to find the items that have been paid for, but now missing.
Just go to the competition. You will be treated better.

I was looking to purchase a new brad nailer, and when I said I was not interested in a particular brand due to past experience, he became indignant. He was completely unhinged. If not for the mask, there would have been spit flying from his mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have shopped at countless home Depot stores, but this one, by far, is the worst stocked one I have ever seen.
Pandemic aside, the stores down the highway in Ottawa have 10x the variety and restock regularly. Pembroke, forget about it. Need PVC pipe, wait 4 months for it to be stocked.
Need a lawn tractor, take a swing at machines that have been sitting since last season with rust. Patio furniture, lol, forget about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not pay extra to have your item delivered. I paid for delivery and it's now 10 days past delivery date,and I'm still waiting for delivery. I've been calling every day only to be passed from one department to the other. Nobody knows what they're doing. Promised call backs but don't get them. Would never recommend this store to anyone! Terrible customer service.
UPDATE
Huge thank you to Linda for finally setting this right. She got my appliance delivered within 2 hours of talking to her via messenger! That's the kind of customer service that keeps people happy and wanting to shop there again.
