★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor salesmanship. Had a pretty poor experience dealing with a certain salesperson for this development. When we were there he barely helped us with our questions and wasn't attentive at all. The contract signing process wasn't great either. He wasn't even present for the signing. I think he considered us a waste of time.
We killed our sale with this team due to the brutally ugly sales process. Uncomfortable during the entire sale.
