★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a food intolerance test with Dr. Hatton, that went fine, scheduled a 45-minute appointment to go over the results and more information in two weeks. Came into my next appointment and they let me know they had lost my blood; it had not even gotten to the lab. Okay, I guess things can happen. Paid for the 45-minute appointment to go over my symptoms and take more blood. He then told me he would email me the results as soon as he received them, and we could go over the information through email or over the phone, so I did not have to book another appointment. Two weeks pass so I send an email, no answer. Called twice the next day, he was busy, but they did verify that the lab received the results. The next day (1 month after my very first visit) I receive an email with just the results attached (which was dated that they received it back one week prior) No information about what any of it means. So, I go to send another email asking how I use this information and find that my email has now been blocked. I have spent $470 as well as leaving the 45-minute appointment with a list of supplements to buy for what could potentially be going on in my stomach. Now I have results and have no idea how to use them. After spending that much AND having them somehow lose my blood AND waiting an entire month for the results I thought I would at least get something useful out of this whole process. Highly would NOT recommend the Helix Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to see Dr.Hennigar for over 3 years now and I cant even put into words how amazing it feels to find a Naturopath that truly listens, takes the time to ask all the right questions and goes above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable, happy and most importantly healthy. I initially started coming to her for treatments for my TMJ and I can confidently say I've gotten to a place where it is manageable and it's no longer affecting my ability to attain quality sleep. Beyond that, she has been there through every step of my healing journey, guiding me and educating me through all the changes. She has inspired to pursue a career in holistic medicine, I hope one day I can hold space similar to Helix!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved to the Okanagan and had to leave my injector I was working with for years. Scary....But wow. I was absolutely blown away by the service at this clinic! The building is beautiful, the front desk is amazing, and dr hatton is incredible.
I was in for a botox/lip filler treatment and he explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Now, I've had this treatment before but never actually had the time to go through everything. I was even involved in the "lip design" process where we went through what my goals were and how I wanted them to turn out. I was so at ease and he made it such a great experience. I have also never been given ice before for my botox and let me tell you, that really makes a difference. Highly recommend this clinic!
I will definitely be coming back for my next treatment. Thank you so much for the experience Helix! So glad I found you guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been back to the helix clinic for a few treatments now and I am always impressed with their professionalism and with how clean it looks. Highly recommend this business. If you haven't already been to see them, do yourself a favour and book an appointment. Best injectors in town!

During this time I was searching for the right clinic for myself. I came across Helix clinic with Dr. Hatton and after seeing his work I new I wanted to get them done by him!
I would have to say he did not disappoint and I absolutely LOVE LOVE them ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a laser hair removal treatment with Alyx and was extremely pleased with everything. She was very knowledgeable, the clinic is gorgeous, front end (as always) was very friendly, and the experience was 10/10. One thing I really value with this clinic is they never push sales. They genuinely want to help and achieve results. If you are in Kelowna or anywhere in the Okanagan, this place is one to check out. I was recommend by a friend and from my experience I would highly recommend it to anyone else. I’ve already booked my next appointment for Botox and I can’t wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I just moved here I had to find a place to get my Botox done. I have a strong pull between my eyebrows. I scheduled an appointment and the owner's husband did my Botox. I showed and explain to him exactly what I've had done in the past and also explain to him what my previous person had done. The owner's husband proceeded to do the procedure. About a week and a half later. I not only still have my very strong crease between my eyebrows, but they are now creasing in two different spots which I have never had before at all. It doesn't even look like I had any Botox done. I have a "W" on my forehead. The husband of the owner who did the procedure spoke so fast. I don't think he paid any attention to what I was telling him. My previous person took her time to see how my muscles were pulling into the center and calculated exactly where the shots needed to be done and in what place. He just grab the muscle and injected. I have never had this kind of botchery done on my face and do not recommend them at all for Botox

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has been a godsend for medical issues I have had for years that doctors just shrugged their shoulders at. From neural therapy for a 30 year old appendix scar that has done nothing but cause me pain to Methylene blue i.v. to restore the soft tissue injuries in my chest after taking the steering wheel to my chest in a car accident to Dr. Davids amazing skill with injecting random fillers(almost painless...almost lol) that still let me look like me but better. SUCH AN UNDERRATED PLACE OF HEALING.
