Jan is my girl... been her client for over 23 years now!!! Even when I lived in Greece (for 7 years)I went to her every time I came home for a visit... there’s NOBODY that knows what I need more than Jan!!! She’s given me all styles of cuts and colours and I always leave her chair feeling beautiful! I have gone to her with ideas and she’s always been correct when she says do it or don’t do it... I know this because I’ve gone against her opinion ONCE and of course, I SHOULD have listened to her!!! I HIGHLY recommend Jan and The Heights Salon... when you do go, ask for Serena’s favourite coffee, it’s just one of the ways you’re pampered!!!?

Went to jen and i had an appointment with her to discuss abt colour after tht i booked my appoinment nd we discuseed aand i did ask her recommenddation fr hair colour and style which 1 i should do she said which ever would its on you i mean like u r a professional u should know these things and i agreed upon on balayage and j alredy had coloured before bt it was orange from the lowe side of my hairs as my hairs were not fully coloured they were grown up jen should have remebred how thery were i have photo to show how. They were before and after she did were all same and i asked her if i can do ash brown and silver colour and have balayage and money piece she said if we have to doash brown colour it will take 4 to 5 sets i said thn don't worry reccomend the colour which can come easily on my hair she showed me the picture and said tht colur will ce after the 2nd set i said ok thts not a problem and before she coloured on 1st set it was orange tht i understand she did my hair will come orange bt she did not touch the hairs the one was alredy coloured before and orange nd i asked her about tht she said tht we will do in 2nd set i said ok fr tht too nd on the same day i booked an appointment wither her fr other week and she coloured the hairs she did and after she washed and blow out the coloured was same there was no difference nd the receptinoinst nd her said the coloured was too orange before bt now its light, i had coloured before for caramel tht coloured cane in 1 set nd i underatand tht my hairs are black tht it will take anther set bt the coloured didnot came nd she told me it would take anther set to get tht coloure tell me this think as a professional u r not able to get the colour not even u can stay on ur word and u don't explain everything to ur client why are u at salonn?? In second appointment they chrges me 168smthing nd in tht appintment without my shampoo also she didnot touch those hair the one's i had coloured before coming to the salon nd she only tone once at the second appointment, i would love to talk with the owner i would like to fix my here tell me this thing why i payed tht much money and for 2 appointment again i got the aame irange is tht worth and most difficult part is i have to get embarras in front of my friends nd family they said the colur is same no difference nd they are asking me get tone or chnge the colur, tell me wt am i sposse to do i came to this salon because of good reviews nd star tht i will get the colour i want and i am not saying abt everyone they were nice did ask me if h need coffe or juice or water bt these will not give wt i want to if u can understand wt am i filling

I had a haircut, it wasn't bad, so I didn't go back till I grew out my hair, I truly hoped I would get the haircut I needed, nope, this lady butchered my hair, I was nice enough to give her a tip, why? Now I regret for cutting my hair, I wish I never went there, she ruined my hair..hate it now, I have to use Bobby pins to hold my earmuffs down, I totally hate my haircut
