★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has a lot of equipment, but some are out of order. Could use a better/motivating atmosphere. (Better/loud music and whatever) and Wi-Fi definitely!
But overall, quite a good gym

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to buy my supplements there but the staffs attitudes were the worst towards me, - sorry if I just come in to buy protein powder once a month and don't take out a membership but you could at least try to greet potential customers with a fake smile and cheerful hello. This isn't L.A.,heck,it's not even Van and you're not celebrity trainers so lose the snobbish attitude,or lose business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy working out and purchasing supplements and meals here when I'm visiting Fort St. John. Contrary to what some are saying on here, I really enjoy that there isn't loud music at The Gym. I find my exercise time personal and meditative, so sometimes I like things quiet. Otherwise, I like to throw on my own headphones and workout to the music I like. The only reason the place lost a star for me is the cardio equipment is older and many of the cardio machines don't work. Also some of the treadmills have a gnarly habit of shocking you while you're running. Even so, I will continue coming here as I prefer local gyms over big chains :)
Edit: Literally the day after I posted this, the staff let me know that new cardio equipment would be arriving the next week, so I added the 5th star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeni is hands down amazing would suggest this gym (and have already) to anyone and everyone. They are so welcoming, I am not the most fit (kinda flubby) and they are non judgemental and help you every step of the way.
