★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m new to cannabis and the first time I went to green cloud the staff was friendly and spent way more time helping me pick out the right product than they needed to. Went back again for some pre rolls and the staff again was very friendly, professional and I appreciate that they never try and push products or up sell. Love the small town feel and hospitality. Also doesn’t hurt that they are right beside 2 of the best restaurants in town for take out eats.

All my questions were answered and I felt comfortable knowing the staff are so knowledgeable about their products. Definitely would recommend and I am for sure coming back! Keep up the great work!

No more familiar knowledgeable staff to consult when looking for cannabis. I walked in the other day and the owners were in the the store; I think the woman’s name is Lynn. Horrible at knowing the products they carry and trying to sell the most expensive hyped up item. She kept going on and on about nothing important telling me about educating customers but didn’t seem too sharp on inventory herself.
I asked for the manager Solo since he knows his stuff. Apparently he isn’t there anymore and by the response I got it didn’t sound like his time was appreciated by them which is unprofessional. I asked for the next best person which was Parm and he had left for another job also. In other words this place has gone downhill, doesn’t seem to have the same energy and culture that I’m used to. It’s always nice to go to an establishment where you can relate to people socially and culturally. It’s Pretty “bland” now. Hempire House is the new green cloud in my opinion.
