About The Green Box

From all of us at The Green Box Cannabis, we recognize that the last year has been incredibly difficult on everyone in a variety of challenging ways. We have all been affected in some way, shape or form by the COVID-19 pandemic and its consequences. It has held us apart as families, friends and also as communities. 

 

The Green Box is invested in all our communities and the people that drive them. We have installed barriers, follow safety protocols, the staff and customers are required to wear masks as well as disinfect surfaces between customers. We care about your safety and thank you from the bottoms of our hearts for your diligence and patience with our staff as we try our best to deal with this situation.

With the numbers coming down and vaccinations taking effect, hopefully, we will be able to see each other’s smiling faces again soon!

"Just a hint" Updating your website to shop online would work for curbside orders but then you knew that ????

This particular store is decent with a wide selection and reasonable prices. This two-star review is a reflection of their refusal to stand behind their products. I purchased two disposable Edison Limelight vapes. I was very happy with the first one. The second one stopped working before the cannabis extract was finished. The LED light would blink and the coil would not heat up. I returned to the store 2 weeks later and politely asked for a replacement. I was told they don't carry that product anymore and there was nothing that can be done. I was told that having the unit stop working meant that is was out of cannabis oil, even though the oil was CLEARLY VISIBLE through the glass vial. I was told that I would have to contact the manufacturer directly if I was not satisfied. This is a horrible policy that has lost itself a repeat customer. I was also told to hang onto the pen as I could take apart the pen and dab the remaining oil. This would involve taking apart a sealed unit and breaking glass? Is this advice they should be giving to customers? Telling customers they don't warranty the products they sell is sleazy and short-sighted. I will be boycotting this chain on principle and hope others will avoid buying any electronic products from Green Box moving forward. Edit: Since the owner just replied with a different version of events, I dropped a star off the review. I was never asked to produce a receipt. I was FLATLY TOLD THAT NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND WAS AVAILABLE. The word "receipt" was never uttered.
