I AM THINKING OF HAVE A COUPLE OF AREAS LOOKED INTO FOR ME.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice senior center with friendly kitchen / cafeteria that also serve as the kitchen to 12 Meals on Wheels routes around Ottawa.
With aging population and what you hear about isolated seniors, it is good that there are facilities like this for our loved ones to go to and stay active.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A welcoming center for all seniors. Multiple activities, full dining room for lunch, social hub for the many cultures in Ottawa, excellent staff. Kitchen cooks for Meals on Wheels. Multiple volunteer opportunities. Caring friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of Ottawa's best seniors social club. They have daily activities for all abilities and interested in the active senior today. They also bring in local businesses that can offer certain services in a mobile while so that seniors can have access while attending other programs.
Very happy, collaborative, welcoming experience.

I moved from Ottawa to the country and cannot join anymore.
