★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office is a disappointment to work at. The main lawyer is at best incompetent. The owner is moody and difficult to make happy. They charge client’s who “have money” always more then the fees charged to regular employees. She treats her staff horrible and her staff turnover is so high!! The time I worked there she had let go of 5 staff in a short amount of time because she gets along with no one!!

The firm's APP and her administrative assistant were lovely to work with and were always prompt and courteous when communicating with my husband and me. I would highly recommend them for conveyancing.

Every time I called they answered the phone, and always emailed me back promptly. Excellent with communication and very helpful! Also I found their fees to be very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use the Gibbons Law Office again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a great firm!!! My family & I had the pleasure of utilizing their services. Their customer service standards are second to none. They had me at hello, the office vibe is relaxing yet a professional environment. Extremely friendly staff; who really went above & beyond the call of duty to ensure a timely transaction occurred for all parties involved. Being there were multiple parties involved the complexities & delays could have easily occured but there weren't any issues. The staff I met were so genuinely friendly, efficient, welcoming & I felt like our priority was there's too!!! I would highly recommend their services & it's worth the drive if you're not from the Gibbons area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a few years ago a lawyer named John Pfriem worked at gibbons Law office. I performed a reno for a client who had been burned by a contractor before, so we placed a temporary caveat on my personal home as a precaution. Once the job was done, and the owner was happy, the client and myself met with John to sign the caveat discharge paperwork. They were to be submitted by john to land titles.
Fast forward years later, we are trying to sell our home, we receive a offer and accept it. My lawyer informs me that there's a caveat on the property. Turns out, John never submitted the paperwork to land titles to spite me paying him. In addition, I had to spend additional money to have this dealt with. It also delayed the process, by the time I had this dealt with and paid out of my own pocket, the potential buyers had moved on and found a different property.
John Pfriems incompetence and The Gibbons Law offices inability to monitor their staff and ensure things are getting done properly cost me money, time, stress and ultimately the sale of our home. It actually really screwed myself and my family. Our home is still on the market months later!

They easily tackled a few issues that came up with the transactions and handled the situations with competence, expertise, confidence and kindness. It proved that they’re a hard working and very experienced group of people. Also worked with this law office to draft up power of attorney documents for my parents a few years ago - the process was simple and cost effective. Will definitely go back to this law office for future needs despite not living in the area anymore as I trust their work, guidance and services. Paralegal Lorrie Domsky is a superwoman!
