If we could give a rating less than one star, we would. We trusted that this relator team would represent our family and have our best interests at heart. That never happened. Mistakes are made daily but the mistakes that were made by this team resulted in fundamental errors for our family which left us without a home. This team committed on several occasions to never do that to us. Once our home sold, this team basically walked away from us. They had no contact with us, did not have the courtesy to extend an apology (those are free), nor did they have the courtesy to even thank us for the business that they profited from when our house sold and we didn’t have one to move into. To add insult to injury, the $5,000 deposit we put on a house we were intending to buy(the deal fell through) was held for over three weeks with us constantly asking for our money back. The urgency in getting us our down payment back was not a priority with this team. We regret ever using this team and we WOULD NEVER recommend them. Regarding to your reply Claude; Unfortunately and once again, you aren’t acting in a professional manner. Instead you write some garbage about contracts and lawyers as a diversion. It had nothing to do with that. You made a commitment and promise to us ‘that we wouldn’t be without a house as that would be bad business for you’, those were your words. Your lack of communication, lack of email follow through and lack of attention to detail should be known by potential buyers/sellers so that they partner with exactly what they believe that the are investing in. Your defensive and uneducated response is exactly what people need to be aware of. Yikes! Our advice? PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!!!

Our search to purchase a condo was made stress free because of the expertise provided by the Gaboury Team. Claude and Christina were great to work with throughout the whole selling process! They were very patient with us throughout the course of a few years, while my wife and I and kept going back and forth on whether we were ready to sell. Once we finally made the decision to sell, Claude was able to answer any questions we had and in a very friendly and professional way. This team made the process a lot less daunting than it can seem, and made sure to always work in our best interest.
