★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the Flour Mill for the first time a week ago and it won't be the last. We brought home assorted baked goods and are doing damage to Tomato Jam (perfect on salmon) and Apricot Jam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible. I was already a fan of The Farm Juice Co. and Perfect Pastry and now they’ve combined in one perfect location with many other fantastic products. Cannot recommend enough! Have one chicken pie and you’re whole world will change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute must! The Four Mill is chalked full of mouth watering goodies from fresh baked goods to delicious cold-pressed juices. This is a real feast for all the senses. It's got everything you need from lunch to groceries from local producers, to household goods and handmade items by local artists and craftspeople. Once you check it out, you'll be hooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi hopes from the Instagram worthy layout and building however definitely hit and miss. The ready to eat quiche was outstanding however the frozen tourtiere we cooked for dinner was very under seasoned, the texture of the potato was so odd it required group discussion to confirm it was potato and butter poured out of the crust during the reheat and thus ended up tough. Also, the cheese we purchased ended up being well past due.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely shop with a delicious lunch menu. Great service and interesting selection of organic foods. Homemade meat pies, fresh pasta, pastries, crackers and fresh veggies. The list is endless. A must when going to to St. Mary's.
