Yes, it's a cheesy internet quote that doesn't see it necessary to mention it's author but perhaps that's because somewhere inside of us we just all instinctively know to seek this out and annoniminity makes its point.
We found the Family Resource Center at a time where our family was going through some MAJOR changes. Ones that didn't always feel okay or stable but ones that were important for growth. FRC became a place of surety for my littlest. She developed a social circle and habits that went on to lead her into a better understanding of who she was and how she could relate to the world around her. We found a place where she was able to express ALL her little/big emotions in an environment she felt safe and comfortable in.
During the COVID-19 Pandemic FRC was absolutely the place we turned to for a reminder of the normal.Though the programs were distanced and on line, the consistency of FRC has always been there. Familiar faces via Zoom helped bring some fun to the long days that seemed to repeat themselves over the course of the pandemic.
We are so grateful for FRC and the impact it has had on our family and encourage those seeking out safe spaces for their own families to take part and see the excitement it can bring to your little people❤
