Melissa and her staff were accommodating, helpful and took wonderful care of them while we were away. They came back healthy and happy. I'd recommend The Dog's Paw to anyone who needs their pet boarded and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Our Bentley is a wonderful, stubborn, Great Pyranees mix who went into their program with a huge amount of anxiety. We tried many different avenues to help him but it was Melissa, Randy and their team that have truly made the difference. The training, tools and time they take to teach and explain the process of dog training are like no other. They train YOU to train your dog. They have helped us immensely and I rate them 5 stars without hesitation. If you are unsure of which board and train program to choose within Southern Ontario, trust me, this is it.
D	Darcy B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dropped our dog off for 5 days. He has never been boarded before. He seemed to be well taken care of. The owner answered my emails while we were away which was nice. We had a quick tour at drop off and all the dogs had full water dishes. They gave our boy a cozy bed as we had only brought his big stuffy. He didn't eat much, but that was understandable. I have given a 5 star but I was a little disappointed that he was supposed to be groomed and it didn't get done. I didn't find out till we picked him up and it was Thanksgiving Monday so I had to rush home and groom him before dinner.

Our dogs can be a little skittish around new people and other dogs so it was difficult to leave them for 8 days while we traveled to China. The staff there took great care of our babies, got back with us when we were checking up on them, and they seemed to have a great time. We picked them up and they were very clean and happy, and were very comfortable around the staff. If you are a little skeptical about boarding your dogs, I assure you have nothing to worry about with this place and they do a wonderful job!

We were nervous about boarding him in general as he has grown quite attached to us (and us to him!). We decided that we wouldn’t trust our boy anywhere else than at The Dog’s Paw and we were absolutely right. We boarded him for two nights this past weekend. The staff calmed all of my nerves when I was dropping him off and showed me around the kennel so I knew where he would be spending his time. They also responded to my message during his stay about getting his nails done and just checking in on how he’s doing. We are now very confident in boarding him for our week long vacation at the end of March. Remy was a happy boy after his visit. Thank you so much Melissa and team! :) see you in March!

Highly highly recommend, very informative, their training methods work and they are very accommodating. They helped us understand ways to train her. I struggled so long trying to find the perfect trainer for my puppy and I couldn’t be more glad to have found them. They have taught my boyfriend and I so much to keep working with our puppy. Not overly expensive, they are not trying to money grab, they just want what’s best for you and your dog. Worth every penny!

She runs to the door and can’t wait to see which staff member will greet her. She sleeps all night once we pick her up. I love that they post on social media occasionally with photos and videos throughout the day of the dogs playing as it’s nice to see that she really is having fun. If we had to say one thing that we wish was improved on it would be the parking and lane way. The parking lot can be very tight and busy and can be very icy in the winter. Because the laneway is a single lane, you can find yourself getting stuck coming or going with a car coming the opposite direction with not much room to move off to the side to pass.
