My girlfriend and I would not be in the perfect home that we are in today if it weren't for Dave! As first time home buyers, we were definitely eager and excited to buy, but wit the market the way it is, we faced a lot of struggles that were at times demoralizing. Dave was always so patient and understanding with us, took time to listen and understand our needs and wants, and never sacrificed just for the sake of finding a house. Dave never let us settle on something that wasn't perfect for us or that we didn't absolutely love. He went above and beyond and out of his way to find us houses that he thought we'd like, but was never pushy or forced any decisions on us. He provided us with the most helpful feedback throughout the process, which was so important for us as first time buyers. Our search took almost a year (!!!) and Dave never once made us feel like we were taking too long. Again, we would not be where we are today if it weren't for Dave and all the work he put in for us. We were very happy with our experience with David. He helped us find our first home during all the housing market madness. He was very patient and accommodating and we couldn't have asked for more. He understood what we were looking for; especially the things that we couldn't compromise on (i.e basement and backyard needs).
