She was very thorough during the consult and always answered any questions that I had! During this time, I also had a migraine and Toni managed to massage it away when washing my hair and scrubbing my scalp! All COVID-19 guidelines were being followed and the staff (and customer) were super accommodating. The salon was never crowded ans always felt safe. This was my first time at a Curly Hair salon and I will be returning for sure!

I've tried multiple curly hair salons across the GTA, but this is the first one I've been a returning client at. The entire staff is very accommodating and welcoming. I can't see myself going anywhere else in the future.

Toni did exactly what i wanted and i left with the biggest smile on my face, she has a heart of gold too! I had a great experience with her and i am so happy with the way my hair turned out.

I’ve seen Sheridan and Toni, and both are amazing at what they do. I’ve always felt heard when I discuss what I’m looking for and they execute perfectly every time. This whole team goes above and beyond to ensure that you’re comfortable throughout the whole process - going even as far as to pick you up a coffee if they’re swinging by too. If you’ve got curly hair, you need to experience a truly tailored haircut at least once in your life - it may be on the pricey side, but it’s worth every single penny (and then some)! Thank you Toni, Sheridan and Romona!!

My appointment was 4 days ago but my curls are still really defined and super soft, so I had the confidence to leave my hair loose for the first time in YEARS. Krista was my stylist and she made sure I was comfortable and knew everything she was doing the entire time :) I have a detailed plan of which products are best for my hair, when to wash and how to style it! I’m super excited to come back and can’t wait for my hair cut!! THANK YOU SO MUCH

She was honest, took the time to explain the process to me, and worked hard to get my hair to a colour that I loved. She explained the best way to use product to style my hair to have the desired curls I wanted and what to do to keep my colour. Toni was easy to talk to and so friendly!
