A	Angela Chartrand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING to anyone looking to purchase a home that Ryan Campbell helped flip. I purchased a home from him this summer and I have had nothing but problems! Brand new AC unit that did not work and needed to be replaced. They never vented the dryer, claim they “forgot”. Water issues with the basement. Flooring was improperly installed and now bubbling up in several places. Glass shower door they installed would not close and windows painted shut. I could go on and on. Him and his team rushed through this Reno to capitalize on the market without any care to the new buyers. When you ask for a high price tag you better be able to stand behind your work. At first he helped take care of the issues that were constantly arising but has refused to fix the flooring issue and ignoring all attempts to contact him. Ryan’s flips are basically just lipstick on a Pig! After talking to a few of the contractors he used they confirmed he was constantly trying to cut corners and disregard their advise. Please think twice about ever buying a home renovated or for sale by Ryan Campbell!
