★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst experience buying a house, and I have bought a few over the years. The COVID has been their biggest excuse to hide from customers. No one answers the phone and they do not return calls or respond to emails. My house has been leaking like crazy and even sending fax to their customer service number goes without a response. This is a builder who makes no effort to remedy defects. They dont even make promises so you hold out hope.
