Right beside king edward skytrain and blocks away from Cambie and Main St. It is a very clean and well kept apartment block with extremely modern apartments. Kris the property manager is extremely kind and always there to help if needed. Highly recommend as a living space!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice area. Close to shops and restaurants on Main Street and Queen Elizabeth Park. Convenient to public transportation. No need for a car. I really liked my apartment in terms of the amount of space and layout. I used it as the "gold standard" when I was looking at condos. The only negative thing was that it was very noisy - traffic on West King Edward Avenue (motorcycles, ambulances, police, etc.), and hearing the person in the apartment above me constantly walking around and shaking my ceiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live at the Columbia building for 2 years. It's well maintained and has great location. Building manager, Kris, is very responsive and helpful. Building itself is pet-friendly and neighbours are good. And there is a great view on mountains!

I have been a landlord many times and this rental experience was perfection and the people managing it are superb. The Columbia is a great spot. Clean, quiet, flexible, lots of amazing animals (its pet friendly which is AWESOME). Great parking and storage. Safe spot and a GREAT location near Main street and South Cambie area. I was at the Columbia for 2 years... can't say enough good things, was sad to leave. Thanks again Kris and team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having lived in The Columbia for a year now, there’s nothing negative I could say. The building itself is incredible, so clean and modern. Extremely secure and safe.
The location is unbeatable, steps from the vibrant Main St, the beautiful Queen E park and of course, being located right beside the Skytrain station is such a huge bonus.
Kris and the STRAND team have always been great to deal with! Extremely responsive and attentive and very pleasant to deal with.
It’s been a pleasure living here!
