A	Avery Corfe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The college works for money and nothing more. I have been a therapist for 3 years and with COVID had huge amounts of issues going forth with this buisness. Two years in a row I had issues with there registration process and on my third year decided to send a check because it never worked for the online portion. They didn't respond with the check was not able to process because they don't accept it and instead sent me a failure to pay letter. The original amount was 392.50$ for the first payment and 392.50$ in March for the second. Once the failure to pay notice was sent to me with not being able to work they asked for 1085$ instead in full to work. I am a single parent with 2 kids and had no extra money at the time besides the saved 785$. I asked for the ability to pay in installments but was denied as they want the full amount of 1085$ to work. It took them almost 3 weeks to respond to me and now I have 0$ besides the 785$ in my account. They are money grubbers and have no heart to help any therapist out, they just want your money and you to back off. With this not being an issue from COVID I can't collect CERB and since I am self employed I can't collect EI. I am under the thumb of an organization that has no mercy and if you can't pay them they want you out of buisness.

No one ever returns any calls and emails said to be returned within 3 business days can take up to 3 months for a reply. They act all mighty wanting their therapists to be professional, but cannot do so themselves. Be better!
L	Lianne Wouda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The CMTO outsourcing it's examinations to an American company called "Prometric" or "IQT Testing" was the WORST POSSIBLE THING they could have done. Prometric doesn't have a phone number to call. You receive an email saying they'll get back to you in 3-5 business days. I've never heard back and I've reached out twice. IQT testing is worse. They have a phone number but every prompt takes you to the automator saying "log in and do it there". However, my log in doesn't work. I couldn't even reschedule my exam because I couldn't get a hold of anyone, nor could I log in to reschedule. The only thing they said was "it's too late to reschedule. The examination fee is non-refundable." Garbage.

M	Manvinder Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst organisation wasted my 5 years and $30000 on this awful shamelss stupid education system managed by all dumbheads definetely need to be stopped now my aggression against them is over the top of my head both the organisation cmto & prometric asked to do 2 more attempts for osce exam after my 3rd attempt later denied both the attempts by saying it was system error due to which you have bee scheduled for the exam,where as i have got a clear email saying that you have rescheduled ro do the exam 4 time ,i have already talk to the coordinator valerie brown ask her about whats going on here this organizations just taking money from innocent people nothing else ACTION REQUIRED BY THE GOVT AND THIS TYPE OF EDUCATION SYSTEM NEEDED TO BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY Soon it will be on social media its definetely a disgrace to educational system of canada.none of my money refunded . IF ANYONE NEEDS TO STAND UP WITH ME AGAINST CMTO LIKE MY COMMENT I WILL CONTACT YOU.

They aren’t in business because they care about people and massage. They care strictly about money. If I could give 0 stars I would. CMTO you should be ashamed! You’re not a college you’re a money collector!
