Disappointed Very disappointed at the lack of organization that a facility of this size has. I have been to bigger and smaller cities with bigger tournaments that did not have the chaos the Cooperators Centre has. This is an events driven facility and should be their specialty. To start, we were at this facility from November 12-14 for a female hockey tournament. The tournament draw was done clearly in the home teams favour as Regina did not play the opening game on Friday November 12th. This is a common courtesy when hosting a tournament but instead all away teams played first thing in the morning. The tournament draw is needlessly complicated with colour schemes for the different divisions which led to errors in the tournament draw. Upon entering on Friday we had to show our ID and proof of vaccination, not a problem. Coming back in for the second game the people at the table asked if we were here before and just let us in without having to show ID or proof of vaccination. I know people that were not at the first game but said they were just to get in without having to comply to the standards. So why even bother checking in the first place? On Saturday we got an orange band that at least eliminated this process. On Saturday November 13 there is a Riders game which we knew would create additional traffic and parking issues. The staff directing traffic gave you the option of dropping off at the front door and then turning around and trying to β€œswim upstream” against the traffic and turn left against all the traffic coming in. Which only creates more traffic issues. I chose poorly I guess as I chose to drive to the back and come in the back doors. All back doors were locked because there were no COVID staff people to verify vaccination status and ID. They did not need to man every door at the rear of the building but at least one door would have been nice! So everyone coming to the Cooperators Centre had to walk all the way around which would have been fine if we weren’t forced to walk on a sheet of ice that clearly had not been salted, sanded or ploughed. Nothing like seeing kids hauling their hockey gear slipping and sliding before they are supposed to play or the grandparents coming to watch their grandkids play a sport they love terrified they were going to slip and fall and break their hip. Arena comment, please add more bleachers outside, there is not enough seating and the sight lines are poor.

This is a great sports complex for both hockey and indoor soccer, most of the year. It has decent seating and upper viewing areas, plus good outlets for food and sports equipment. Public washrooms are large and well-maintained.

There isn't alot of places to sit and watch. Also there is one bathroom on the 1st floor that is long walk from Rink 1.

This is by far the best rink in town. Ice quality is always great, having a single location for so many surfaces is great, nice large locker rooms, warm playing area etc. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is that the viewing areas just aren’t setup great for families watching the games, not enough seating nor comfortable, especially seating is not friendly for more senior family members.

Awesome place, would be good to have bathrooms near the center for seniors who have difficulty walking distance. Food place could serve smaller portions, lower thier prices. Again as a senior, exanple: $6.00 for pop corn. And not even extra butter.
