As seniors, my husband & I arrived to shop there, today. At the cashier, with 3 items to purchase, I asked if there was a washroom, I could use. "No, but Details (a store across the street) has one", she answered. To which I said: "Every store has one .... ". Meaning, why would I impose on a furniture store (we weren't in the market for furniture), when the store that I'm patronizing, has one of their own. Their logic: 1 person in 1000 made a mess, likely due to mental issues - so we're gonna punish, till infinity, the other 999 customers. And this is supposed to be a charity type store. We will never shop there, again. If you want to go to a thrift store, that respects its' customers, go 3 stores down, to Alliston's Attic.

Was rudely refused entrance through the wheelchair accessible back doors because my friend was not actively using his wheelchair. We were asked "but you're not in a wheelchair" dispite us explaining he is able to stand for short periods of time. Very disrespectful.
