At the cashier, with 3 items to purchase, I asked if there was a washroom, I could use.
"No, but Details (a store across the street) has one", she answered.
To which I said: "Every store has one .... ".
Meaning, why would I impose on a furniture store (we weren't in the market for furniture), when the store that I'm patronizing, has one of their own.
Their logic: 1 person in 1000 made a mess, likely due to mental issues - so we're gonna punish, till infinity, the other 999 customers.
And this is supposed to be a charity type store.
We will never shop there, again.
If you want to go to a thrift store, that respects its' customers, go 3 stores down, to Alliston's Attic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was rudely refused entrance through the wheelchair accessible back doors because my friend was not actively using his wheelchair. We were asked "but you're not in a wheelchair" dispite us explaining he is able to stand for short periods of time. Very disrespectful.
