★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I almost don’t want to make a review as I want to keep this B&B as my secret hidden gem in the Okanagan! I stayed here as an extension to my vacation as I wanted to explore Peachland and Kelowna. I booked on Expedia quick and simple. It was such an amazing stay! The home is beautiful, modern and cozy! Great location and I could not have asked for a better host! I have recommended this gem to friends, family and colleagues as I would rather stay in a B&B than a run of the mill hotel when exploring the Okanagan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW!!! Where do I start. Our host was a exceptional lady, made you feel at home. We felt like we were staying with family, you could not ask for a warmer welcome. Property is very easy to find, awesome views, located in a very quiet area. Our room was exceptional. Breakfast was very good, cooked to order. Very well done, exceptionally clean home. We hated to leave, felt like we were leaving a loved one behind. We will return in the future if not only to visit a new friend, but to stay for a night or two possibly. We wish our host all the best. We hope everyone who she hosts in the future, will be as amazed as we were, with her friendliness and desire to make you comfortable in her home. Gail & Bob

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean. Owner (Nikki) was a great host and cooked a terrific breakfast. On the downside we did not like sharing a bathroom with another couple. Also there was only one small lamp on the far side of a very small bedroom (no reading in bed). There was 3 rented rooms, if you stay make sure that you don't get this small room. We have often stayed in B&Bs, this was one of the poorest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This really felt like staying with best friends / amazing hosts. Nikki is so warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. The place is beautifully decorated and spotless. Our super comfy bed (and the softest bedding) provided for a lovely, restful night. Highly recommend staying here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our second time in The Chirping Cricket and it was even better than the first. The house is ultra clean, rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and very nicely decorated. Nikki is the best host one can have: Kind, warm, helpful and constantly making sure your stay is being great, never bothering. And she cooks UNREAL breakfast! This is already like our home in the Okaganan, and we will come back anytime we have a chance.

And as a bonus, the view of the lake is fantastic and it's just a short walk to the beach and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again :)
