The owners were so kind and accommodating and reached out to make sure our stay was as perfect as could be. I would highly recommend this property for any stay, whether short or long.

Each room has its own bathroom, walk-in closet and balcony. Not far away from downtown Vancouver and about 1 min from DeerLake park where you can kayak there. General say, we felt like at home.

S	Sangeetha R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 2 weeks with my family (2 small kids and 2 adults). The place was clean and pictures of the rooms were accurate. The host was very friendly and responsive to all our needs. They even provided a travel crib for us at short notice. You can check yourself in with the smart lock system at the accommodation which was very useful. There are multiple suites at this property, each one a separate private unit, so you can book one that meets your needs. If you need anything extra in your suite, you just need to contact the host and he can arrange for extra items to be bought in. I would definitely stay here again.
C	Calvin Leyon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yatendra was a pleasure to deal with. We stayed here for a week, while escaping Toronto for a bit. The house is amazing, each room upstairs (we had 3 guys) has its own washroom, tons of space, and their own balconies. While there are people living in other parts of the house, the upstairs and mainfloors are sealed so it feels like you have it to yourself. The kitchen and living area were also great to use. 10 minutes from Burnaby mountain sunset viewing point, and away from the house of the city.
S	Shelby Heino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The unit we stayed in was filthy when we showed up. The pull out couch was completely broken and had crumbs all over it when it was pulled out. There were candy wrappers and old, rotten fruit under the couch as well. When we complained the owner showed up and blamed us for breaking the couch and not knowing how to use it when it is a simple IKEA couch that we have used before. So my 6ft tall brother had to sleep on an uncomfortable couch for a week. The bathroom mat was gross and smelly, dirty rags were left in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. We also woke up one day and we had zero hot water and after we got home from a day out we were talking to some people staying in another unit and they also said they had zero hot water by 8 pm that night. Again we messaged the owner and was met with excuses and he refused to listen to us when we spoke to him. very disappointed in this stay.

Very safe neighbourhood with lots of amenities and great access. The host was great in communication and in responding to all our requests. We felt welcomed and had complete privacy during our stay. I would definitely come back again.
