★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every class I have been to has been great! I love going and I always get a great workout! And the best part is that it is always different too! My favourite classes are definitely Barre and Trx but I've been to bootcamp, pound and spin classes as well and they're all fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The classes offered here are awesome! They offer a nice variery, so there is something for everyone, of all fitness levels.
My personal favourites are the spin (amazing cardio and lower body) and Barre (great for really working and toning fine muscle groups).
