★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve used the services proactively of the BugMan for the past few years and have been pleased with the results of minimizing the wasps. We used again this year and I’m sure the results will be similar, but it’s nice that they guarantee their work, and if we have problems later in the summer. Busman will come back at no charge and re-apply in the problem areas if the wasps become a problem

The technicians took their time and explained what they were doing and why, and gave a suggestion of something we could do afterwards to help it be more successful, which we really appreciated. The ant problem in the house was quickly taken care of and what a great difference it has made! My only regret is that I wished I'd called them sooner instead of trying to handle it myself (and thinking I had!).
