★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just bought a mattress at The Brick Midnight Madness Sale. The sales rep that helped me was Brad Williams. He made the experience pleasant and easy. Brad was very knowledgeable about the product, answered all my questions and was very professional. I would definitely shop at The Brick again and I would seek out Brad. Nice to notice someone doing a good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: the operations manager Kaylee is extremely unhelpful and does not care about proper customer service. Offers a service once then takes it back because its inconvenient for their staff. Coming back to the store 3 times for damaged chairs is inconvenient. I would recommend wish over brick products.
isChristy is absolutely fantastic! She has been a huge help through our whole buying process! She has gone above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting. I originally bought stuff online and she was still more than happy to help even though she didn't get credit for my purchases! Will recommend her to everyone.

There were items we purchased that had dropped in price and they honored the lower price with no question. We will be back if there is anything else we need.

Seriously ...he helped us out big time, it's the little things that make the difference. He definitely went the extra mile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a zero star review, that's what I would rate them. My husband and I recently purchased a sleeper sectional and bedroom set through The Brick in early March. We were notified that there may be some manufacturing delays of approximately a few weeks. Over the last 3 weeks, those delays have begun to exceed 6 months! We were told that we could look at re selection (who knows when those items would arrive) or to cancel the order and we would be refunded. Although, the refund would only be applied to the Flexciti financing card. So... store credit. Customer service representatives were rude and dismissive of our concerns, and no additional discounts or promos were offered for our inconvenience. Now our family is left with no furniture and no alternative options until end of august or possibly later. Extremely disappointed, and would not recommend unless you don't need your furniture for the next year or so!
