I am giving Diana at Sunridge Calgary store a 5 Star for her exceptional customer service. She is friendly, well knowledgeable about the products and able to explain the extended warranty in detail. She takes care of her customer from start to finish as promised. I would not hesitate to shop at this store again because of the fantastic service. Thanks again Diana for all your help.

Bricks is the best place to make your home. Great furniture collection and great value to the price. We truly appreciate the service of Mr. Anbu who made everything possible ; helped us understand how to choose and what to look for especially when buying mattress and other customer related services :) I definitely recommend him for easy shopping experience!!!

We bought couches and a big wooden shelf at the beginning of December. We were promised by our salesperson that it would be delivered by the beginning of February. Not super happy about the long wait but we didn't have a choice as the set we wanted isn't available anywhere. When we called yesterday to get an update, we were told it will now be the end of MARCH before we receive our purchases. But yet the Brick has had zero problems taking our payments even though it will be 3 and a half months total before we might potentially receive our items, which we feel will be pushed once again. You really need to stop making false promises to your customers on delivery dates. I knew you were bad for lying about delivery dates but this was absolutely ridiculous. We will only buy furniture that is in stock from this point on and will not be giving our business to the Brick anymore because of continual lies. We were also treated with attitude because we declined their warranty. If we said no the first time, we won't change our minds....but were asked a total of 8....yes, eight times! Again, another deterrent to shop somewhere else that isn't so pushy.

Very Very Unfortunate experience with The Brick. Even after continuous follow-up to solve and provide a solution to my problem, still I am in the same situation even after 15 days. I have wasted my hard earned money toward buying a product from Brick. No proper support to the customer given and no solution is provided. I want the higher Management to look into this ASAP and get my problem solved by this Weekend. On last Saturday(7th May 2022) got the call from Sunridge Outlet that a Technician will be accompanying with the delivery of Headboard on 13th May 2022 and fix the headboard. But today received the new headboard (third time) but without technician. I called the Sunridge Store to check about the technician, they said the headboard has been inspected at warehouse before sending. I tried to assemble the headboard. But to my surprise its the same condition as before (last two times) . That means there was no inspection done before delivering and will I called the customer care person at Sunridge has provided me the wrong information and have lied to me. They are lying to me from April 29th 2022. If it was inspected, there should have not the problem of misalignment of hole. I have landed in the same situation as I was on April 29th 2022 when I received my first time delivery. The store is unfit to provide a proper solution. Instead, they are just playing with me and my time. I request the Management to look into this matter and hoping I will be provided with a solution to this problem

Bought a couch here about 2 months ago, complained due to cracks in the legs from over torquing from installer. Got a message from operations supervisor Raya. Raya and the Brick normal operating practices is to lie to customers. Get a standard message from the brick reviews email. I will no longer buy products from a business that does not hesitate to lie to customers. I notice that the brick at national level has horrible reviews, not surprised.

Salesperson jago was the best ? Got me approved for almost $12,000 and bought furniture for same amount and it was great shopping here 100% recommended.
