The burgers have not been good sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It goes a long ways with customers if the server (trained properly) let's the customer know what the specials, options and prices are without the customer having to pine for information. The server should also have a solid menu knowledge of sauces, toppings , etc.
The food was about a 6.5 out of 10 but I'm a harsh critic.
The server was friendly. Keep learning and make more tips!

I had Sea food melt. The ingredients were really good. The reason I gave 4 stars is that the food was too simple for me. Some more seasoning or sauce would have done the trick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came out to High Prairie to do some work and after being here for afew days decided to try out one of the restaurants here so I asked the lady at the front desk of the hotel that I'm staying at and she said try the boondocks grill. So went back too the room and checked out their menu online and placed an order clubhouse with poutine and banana cream pie. I must say their food is really good. I wasn't expecting it to be ask good as it was by it was really good. They use real turkey in their clubhouse which I have a hard time finding at other places in Edmonton and they give you a fare portion for a small poutine and the pie was awesome. Sorry I would have taken a picture but soon as I opened it I devoured it lol maybe next time. AAA+ I'd recommend this place hands down if your coming to High Prairie ?
