β β β β β I have been in business for the past 20 years. I have grown over the years and found that trying to manage and grow a small business started to become very stressful. I have recently included my son into my business, as well as grow my employee base needs. Completely overwhelmed with trying to delegate, set up HR standards and job descriptions, trying to let go of doing it all as well as trying to protect them from feeling the stresses that would trigger me. Patrick really helped me to look inside of me and work through each task on hand. He was very honest as to what he was observing/hearing from me. Patrick helped me break it down and organize it all to simpler projects. This is exactly what I needed as I would tend to want it all done ASAP.
